Please call or email Wendy to arrange an appointment. Referring doctors can email patient contact information and the reason for referral. Ideally, any information pertinent to the history and past treatment is always appreciated. If you still have a fax, we have a number - 604.685.4013 but it goes straight to email.
Patients can self-refer, but it is always ideal to get as much information as possible from your referring doctor. Patients can be referred by the physician or dentist or respective medical or dental specialist.
Law offices and/or insurers can also call or email the office to arrange an appointment for independent medical/dental evaluations or second opinions.
If your patient is in pain, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate the individual's schedule.
We are a small office so again, if there are any concerns or questions, sometimes it is best to pick up the phone and give us a ring.
The office is located in downtown Vancouver on Burrard between Davie and Helmcken. We are a few blocks from the Yaletown, Vancouver City Centre Canada Line stops. The Burrard Station is just a short bus ride away.
Parking is available through the back alley. The underground parking at 1160 Burrard is only $5 per hour but there are only a few spots.
